What you will do

• Own and optimize marketing automation platforms, including workflows, lifecycle automation, and event-based logic.
• Manage lead and PQL scoring models and routing logic to ensure fast and accurate delivery to sales teams.
• Integrate core marketing systems with CRM and other GTM tools, ensuring data accuracy and sync health.
• Collaborate with Demand Generation and Web teams to capture and activate top-of-funnel signals.
• Monitor and improve inbound funnel performance and handoff metrics (e.g., response time, acceptance rates).
• Experiment with AI-powered capabilities to reduce manual work and improve process scalability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in marketing or GTM operations supporting B2B inbound, demand generation, or PLG motions.
• Hands-on experience managing marketing automation platforms (workflows, lifecycle stages, scoring, routing).
• Strong working knowledge of CRM concepts and how data flows across GTM systems.
• Ability to use funnel and handoff metrics to drive operational improvements.
• Must be based in the US
