What you will do

• Drive strategic direction and medium-term business plans for Jersey and Dubai offices.
• Lead sustainable, profitable growth by balancing commercial opportunity with disciplined risk management.
• Act as the senior accountable leader for governance and first-line risk ownership.
• Manage resource allocation, talent deployment, and succession planning to ensure scalability.
• Represent the company at a senior level with regulators, clients, and professional intermediaries.
• Coach and mentor senior colleagues to strengthen leadership capability and decision-making.

Requirements

• Significant experience in the financial services or wealth management industry.
• Proven track record of driving business growth through client acquisition and referrals.
• Advanced qualifications: CFA and Chartered Wealth Manager Qualification (CISI Level 7 Diploma) are essential.
• Deep understanding of relevant regulatory and legal frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in investment management and P&L management.
• Must be based in or able to work from Jersey.
