What you will do

  • Lead client strategies for Market Access and HEOR, focusing on evidence generation, pricing, and HTA policy requirements.
  • Drive business development and strategic consulting growth within Oncology, Rare Diseases, and ATMP sectors.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle from scoping and SOW agreements to final delivery and resource allocation.
  • Implement a Key Account management approach to forecast new business and manage Total Contract Value (TCV).
  • Oversee P&L, budgeting, and third-party vendor management to meet business objectives.
  • Develop internal capabilities in health economic modeling and HTA dossier development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a Scientific or Business discipline; MSc in Health Economics or Health Policy is advantageous.
  • Leadership experience within a Market Access division in a pharmaceutical company.
  • Proven experience with budgetary and P&L responsibilities.
  • Commercial expertise in specialized therapies, specifically Oncology, Cell & Gene, and Rare Diseases.
  • Strong professional network across European reimbursement agencies.
  • Proven leadership in people management, skill development, and career planning.
