What you will do
- Sell and renew company products and services through multichannel inbound and outbound sales activities.
- Perform lead qualification and prospecting, including cold calling to generate new customers.
- Manage large, diverse, and complex territories, industries, or accounts.
- Support field sales initiatives and collaborate to achieve shared individual or team quotas.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitive posture to prepare forecast reports.
- Handle backend operational activities such as quotation generation, order processing, and delivery follow-up.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Bangkok, Thailand.
- Two-year college degree (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of functional experience.
- Alternatively, a High School diploma with a minimum of 8 years of functional experience, including 4 years in a position-specific sales role.
- Proven track record as a recognized skilled specialist in telesales or inside sales.
- Ability to work independently, resolve complex issues, and take initiative in determining methods for new assignments.
- Experience in training, delegating, or reviewing the work of junior employees.
