What you will do

• Act as the primary customer-facing interface for software engagements with key automotive OEMs and Tier1 partners.
• Engage with customer software R&D leadership and system architects to shape software architecture discussions.
• Collaborate with Global Key Account Managers and cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
• Support early-stage evaluations and enable design-ins and design-wins for NXP software solutions.
• Position NXP software platforms like MotionWise and CoreRide into customer roadmaps.
• Create new business opportunities and expand strategic engagements at scale.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Tokyo, Japan.
• Hands-on experience in software development or Field Application Engineering (FAE).
• Deep understanding of the Software Defined Vehicle (SDV) and Vehicle Electronics Architecture (VEA) domains.
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical domains.
• Proven track record in business development or technical sales within the automotive industry.
• Language: Proficiency in Japanese and English is required.
