What you will do
- Administer the Xactly Incent platform, including participant records, reporting hierarchies, territories, and compensation plan assignments.
- Execute monthly commission calculations, validate data, and process adjustments to ensure timely delivery of payments.
- Perform detailed reconciliations between Xactly, Salesforce, payroll, and financial systems to maintain data consistency.
- Prepare commission reports and payroll files required for financial close activities.
- Partner with Sales Compensation, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Sales Operations for plan updates and system enhancements.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts to increase the operational efficiency and scalability of the compensation function.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales commissions administration or business analysis, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Degree in Finance or a business-related field.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with pivot tables, Vlookups, and Index Match.
- Experience with Xactly SPM and Salesforce systems is strongly preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive compensation matters with complete discretion.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
