What you will do

• Administer the Xactly Incent platform, including participant records, reporting hierarchies, territories, and compensation plan assignments.
• Execute monthly commission calculations, validate data, and process adjustments to ensure timely delivery of payments.
• Perform detailed reconciliations between Xactly, Salesforce, payroll, and financial systems to maintain data consistency.
• Prepare commission reports and payroll files required for financial close activities.
• Partner with Sales Compensation, Finance, Payroll, HR, and Sales Operations for plan updates and system enhancements.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts to increase the operational efficiency and scalability of the compensation function.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales commissions administration or business analysis, preferably within a SaaS company.
• Degree in Finance or a business-related field.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, specifically with pivot tables, Vlookups, and Index Match.
• Experience with Xactly SPM and Salesforce systems is strongly preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive compensation matters with complete discretion.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and written communication skills.
