What you will do

• Calculate and analyze routine contracts, including supersede, replacement, core deals, terminations, and modifications.
• Accurately enter standard contract data into the entry system ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.
• Identify appropriate payees and apply payment tables as outlined in contracts.
• Maintain contracts in the data storage system and track them via a master real-time spreadsheet.
• Validate monthly transactions using corporate reporting tools and complete end-of-month checklist validations.
• Guide new hires on contract entry procedures and manage workloads independently.

Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months in an administrative or support role.
• Must be based within approximately a 70-mile radius of Allen, TX; Springfield, MO; or Monett, MO.
