What you will do

• Manage annual and quarterly R&D OpEx forecasting, reporting, and monthly close processes.
• Advise leadership on financial implications of strategic decisions, investment tradeoffs, and resource allocation.
• Develop financial models for headcount planning, capitalized software tracking, and scenario analysis.
• Identify risks and cost drivers through data-driven insights across R&D investments.
• Build business cases for major product initiatives and evaluate "build vs. buy" decisions.
• Analyze cloud spend efficiency and identify infrastructure cost optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics.
• 5+ years of FP&A or Finance experience at software companies with a subscription or SaaS business model.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite.
• Experience with financial tools like Pigment, Adaptive, Planful, or NetSuite.
• Must be based in the United States.
