What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end commissioning process to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual commissions forecasting and financial closes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and correct issues within the commission calculation process.
• Collaborate with Sales GTM, HR, and Finance departments to verify input accuracy.
• Execute ad hoc analyses and projects to support management decision-making.
• Implement process improvements based on best practices and lessons learned.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in commission analysis or related financial fields.
• BSc/BA in Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or a quantitative field.
• Proficiency in English and Hebrew (oral and written).
• Advanced Excel skills for handling large databases.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Experience with commission software such as CaptivateIQ.
