TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (minimum 3 days per week onsite in Wallingford, UK). No relocation or sponsorship provided.

What you will do
- Define and execute global People strategy aligned with business growth and objectives.
- Partner with the executive team on organizational design, workforce planning, and long-term talent strategy.
- Lead global HR operations, establishing robust governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with UK and international laws.
- Architect high-impact performance management frameworks and lead succession planning.
- Champion an inclusive, values-led, high-performance culture and manage complex employee relations.
- Enable international expansion through entity setup, EOR models, and cross-border employment frameworks.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR experience with significant senior leadership exposure.
- Proven track record of building and scaling HR infrastructure in high-growth startup/scale-up environments.
- Strong expertise in UK employment law.
- Experience partnering closely with founders and executive teams.
- Highly commercial mindset with strong business acumen and executive presence.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Wallingford for at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in technology, robotics, logistics, or SaaS sectors.
- Exposure to funding rounds, M&A activity, or organizational restructuring.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent.
- Experience implementing and optimizing HRIS platforms.
