What you will do

  • Partner with leaders on team effectiveness and performance management.
  • Translate business goals into actionable people strategies for hiring and engagement.
  • Handle employee relations and performance conversations with practical judgment.
  • Manage workforce planning and headcount tracking in collaboration with Finance and HR leadership.
  • Support onboarding, career development, and internal mobility initiatives.
  • Analyze people data and feedback to identify trends and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Experience as an HR generalist or HRBP in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and talent processes.
  • Ability to provide business-aligned guidance to managers.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Clear communication skills for handling sensitive matters.
  • Must be based in the United States.
