What you will do

• Manage an inventory database for all IT assets including servers, storage, networking equipment, and GPUs.
• Conduct regular physical and virtual audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Oversee the entire asset lifecycle from procurement and deployment to maintenance and disposal.
• Handle the RMA process for critical data center components such as GPUs, motherboards, and power supplies.
• Generate reports on asset utilization, performance metrics, and financial analysis related to IT infrastructure.
• Establish and enforce asset management policies regarding security, compliance, and risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in IT equipment asset management.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components and asset management tools.
• Strong written and spoken fluency in English.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, lists, and graphs.
• Experience with budgeting and financial forecasting for IT assets.
