Location: Remote across EMEA, with a preference for candidates near London

What you will do

  • Triage and resolve employee help-desk tickets including access provisioning and troubleshooting.
  • Manage the full device lifecycle from procurement and configuration to off-boarding.
  • Administer Google Workspace and manage corporate software seat assignments.
  • Support endpoint compliance and enforce security policies across the fleet.
  • Maintain office networking equipment and AV setups as needed.
  • Document processes, run-books, and knowledge base articles to enable self-service.

Requirements

  • Must be based in EMEA
  • Proven experience in IT support or internal technical functions.
  • Strong proficiency with macOS and terminal troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with Google Workspace administration.
  • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).
  • Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and access controls.
  • Strong written communication skills for remote collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Experience with MDM platforms.
  • Exposure to cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and infrastructure-as-code.
  • Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or JavaScript.
  • Familiarity with zero-trust networking and compliance frameworks like SOC2.
