What you will do
- Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing BDR team across APAC.
- Build and execute outbound prospecting strategies across Southeast Asia.
- Design and optimize outbound sequences across email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Drive a data-first approach to track pipeline, conversion, and activity metrics.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to align on GTM strategy.
- Coordinate high-quality pipeline handoff to Account Executives.
Requirements
- Experience in Sales/Business Development (BDR/SDR) within SaaS or enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of outbound pipeline generation.
- 1+ years of leadership experience or readiness to step into a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline or revenue targets.
- Must be based in Singapore.
Nice to have
- Experience as an Account Executive or in a full-cycle sales role.
- Knowledge of EPM, ERP, FP&A, or finance technology.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, Clay, or AI tools.
- Experience working across APAC markets.
- Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) or data-driven prospecting.
