Salary: $68,473.60 - $97,905.60

What you will do

• Directly supervise 25-40 operators to ensure production goals, quality, and cost objectives are met.
• Manage operator evaluation, discipline, and contribute to the hiring process for non-exempt staff.
• Oversee factory unit operations, including quantity, quality, and enforcement of company regulations.
• Lead business excellence projects focused on safety, scrap reduction, cycle time, and yield improvements.
• Coordinate work sequences and plan activities in collaboration with upper management and HR.

Requirements

• Experience in wafer manufacturing or a relevant combination of training and experience.
• Proven ability to plan, develop, and direct a large group of people.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with operators, engineers, and technicians.
• Proficiency in MS Office programs.
• Ability to work C shift: Friday-Sunday, and every other Thursday from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm.
