Salary: $90,000–$120,000 annually

What you will do
- Oversee team of 18-20 processing technicians including hiring, training, performance management, and employee relations.
- Implement and measure team goals aligned with organizational strategy, motivate team, and coordinate with support groups.
- Identify and implement improvements in safety, quality, and productivity; analyze performance metrics and trends.
- Interface with EHS, Quality, Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and contractors on projects and corrective actions.
- Manage personnel and equipment to optimize productivity, meet schedules, and control costs.
- Maintain safe working conditions, provide technical assistance, and ensure accurate time reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree + 5+ years or Associate’s Degree + 8+ years in manufacturing production environment
- Supervisory/Team Lead experience or equivalent Engineering experience supporting Manufacturing
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to work 2nd shift hours, onsite in Torrance, CA
Nice to have
- Aerospace, defense, or regulated industry experience
- Experience with Heat Treat, Plating, Shot Peen, Paint processes
- Familiarity with AS9100, ISO 9001, FAA requirements
- Ability to read blueprints
- EHS best practices in manufacturing
