Location: Hybrid in Boston, MA (3x per week)

What you will do

• Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from hirify.global's solutions.
• Partner with SMB and Mid-Market Account Executives to execute effective prospecting strategies.
• Develop and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
• Contribute best practices and learnings to the outbound process to support peer success.
• Transform workflows by putting AI at the center to build smarter systems from the ground up.

Requirements

• Must be located in the Boston area.
• 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role at a marketing technology company.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent.
• Proven experience experimenting with AI tools in work or personal projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
