What you will do

• Support the preparation of SEC financial filings including Form 10-K, 10-Q, and 11-K.
• Participate in the global consolidation process and prepare monthly/quarterly journal entries.
• Perform balance sheet and income statement variance analyses.
• Review significant contracts and provide accounting guidance under US GAAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and ad hoc financial reporting.
• Review internal and external communications, including board presentations and earnings releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with at least 3 years of experience.
• 3+ years of public accounting experience, preferably at a Big 4 firm.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent analytical capabilities and clear communication skills.
• CPA designation is desired.
