Senior Financial Analyst (International FP&A)

Salary: $81,000–$138,000 Annually

What you will do

• Prepare and compile monthly financial results and variance analysis for Senior Leadership.
• Lead the quarterly forecast process and contribute to the Annual Operating Plan.
• Maintain detailed records of restaurant sales and FX, ensuring reporting accuracy.
• Automate sales reports and lead data and analytics projects.
• Support quarterly financial reporting and audit processes.
• Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support key business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a financial analysis role within a large organization.
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP, financial analysis, and budgetary techniques.
• Proficiency in computer modeling, management reporting systems, and Excel.
• Ability to interpret financial results and communicate implications to business users.
• Must be able to work onsite in Dublin, Ohio, at least 4 days per week.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.

• Experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment.
