TL;DR
Outbound BDR (French Speaking): Generating high-potential leads and opportunities for the Mid-Enterprise segment with an accent on outbound prospecting and multi-channel messaging. Focus on identifying target accounts, collaborating with Account Executives, and iterating outreach strategies to drive pipeline growth.
Location: Dublin, Ireland (3 days p/week in-office)

What you will do
- Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from 's solution.
- Partner closely with Mid-Enterprise Account Executives to execute effective prospecting strategies.
- Develop, test, and iterate messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
- Contribute best practices and learnings to the outbound process to support team success.
Requirements
- 1+ years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role within a marketing technology company.
- Fluent French & English (written and verbal).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be based in Dublin, Ireland to comply with the hybrid office requirement.
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a self-starter mindset.
