What you will do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment coordination and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Drive Emiratisation initiatives, including talent pipeline identification and government liaison.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations and policy inquiries.
• Maintain HRIS data integrity, generate standard reports, and support workforce analytics.
• Coordinate learning and development logistics and employee engagement activities.
• Support payroll, benefits administration, and ensure compliance with local labour regulations.

Requirements

• Must be a UAE national (Emirati) with eligibility to work in the UAE.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR generalist, operations, or recruitment roles.
• Solid understanding of UAE labour law and Emiratisation policies.
• Proficiency in HRIS, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace.
• Professional fluency in English.
