Intern, Strategy and Projects (Quick Commerce): Managing operational workstreams and acquisition pipelines for small and medium accounts across 60+ markets with an accent on vendor selection and program rollouts. Focus on translating data into business insights and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders to improve customer choice.

Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany) — must be based in Berlin or be able to commute to the campus 2 days a week

What you will do

• Manage acquisition pipelines and operational workstreams for small and medium accounts across various markets.
• Implement best-in-class processes to identify and prioritize potential partners using Salesforce.
• Report monthly progress of the Vendor Acquisitions program to regional heads of Local Shops.
• Coordinate the go-to-market for Vendor loyalty and Dynamic Delivery Areas programs.
• Execute quarterly account classification exercises and maintain Salesforce records.

Requirements

• Background in Economics, Business Administration, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (must-have).
• Solid project management skills for running multiple workstreams with tight deadlines.
• Robust business acumen regarding marketplace or platform business dynamics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce.
• Curiosity and usage of AI tools.
