TL;DR
Commercial Operations Coordinator (TravelTech): Supporting global business activities and scaling internal processes within the Operations team with an accent on workflow optimization and cross-functional collaboration. Focus on streamlining Account Management workflows, maintaining commercial documentation, and coordinating the rollout of new tools.
Location: Hybrid (Berlin, Germany). Required to work from the Berlin office 3 days per week.

What you will do
- Support initiatives to improve commercial performance and strengthen partner relationships across travel sectors.
- Streamline day-to-day workflows for Account Owners to drive organizational efficiency and data accuracy.
- Maintain and improve the internal wiki and commercial documentation to keep information accessible.
- Provide troubleshooting support and guidance on 's internal systems to the wider team.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and Finance to support commercial roadmaps.
- Coordinate the rollout of new tools, including testing and drafting communications.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in operations, coordination, account support, or sales enablement.
- Comfort working with data and the ability to communicate findings clearly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace; experience with Jira, Confluence, or Salesforce is a plus.
- Curiosity about travel technology and hands-on experience with LLMs/AI.
