What you will do

• Build and maintain an integrated project plan across engineering, production, supply chain, and external partners.
• Track timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, blockers, and open decisions.
• Manage communication and delivery schedules with external suppliers and partners.
• Coordinate readiness for tests, demos, production builds, and design-freeze milestones.
• Prepare concise status updates and dashboards for leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Challenge teams constructively to clarify ownership and priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in project management, technical coordination, operations, or supply chain.
• Ability to understand technical components to effectively track dependencies.
• Proficiency with project tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or ERP systems.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Gilching, Germany.

Nice to have

• Experience in aerospace, defense, robotics, automotive, or hardware production.
• Technical degree or prior hands-on engineering exposure.
• German language proficiency.
• Experience with procurement, long-lead items, and production ramp-up.
