Salary: $175,000-$220,000

What you will do
- Develop and execute the global growth marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives, including annual and quarterly plans.
- Own marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline goals; forecast performance and communicate results to executive leadership.
- Build and scale enterprise-focused ABM programs, partnering with Sales on account selection, engagement strategies, and pipeline acceleration.
- Oversee full-funnel integrated campaigns across paid media, content syndication, events/webinars, search, social, email, partnerships, and emerging channels.
- Improve efficiency metrics (CAC, pipeline velocity, opportunity creation, ROI) and drive experimentation and continuous optimization.
- Recruit, develop, and lead growth marketing talent; partner cross-functionally with RevOps/Marketing Ops, Sales, Customer Success, and Finance on measurement and attribution.
Requirements
- 12+ years of B2B SaaS or enterprise software marketing experience.
- 5+ years leading growth marketing, revenue marketing, or demand/pipeline generation organizations.
- Experience driving marketing-sourced and marketing-influenced pipeline and bookings in high-growth technology companies.
- Proven success marketing to enterprise/global accounts with complex buying committees using demand generation and ABM programs.
- Strong understanding of AI, data, and modern go-to-market technologies (CRM, marketing automation) plus attribution, forecasting, funnel management, and revenue analytics.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen with executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
