What you will do

• Evaluate and pilot new acquisition channels, platforms, and lead sources to drive growth.
• Manage a large marketing portfolio, ensuring execution standards and best practices across channel owners.
• Partner with analytics and decision science teams to refine targeting, segmentation, and lead scoring.
• Oversee demand forecasting, scenario planning, and budget allocation to optimize ROAS.
• Establish and lead experimentation frameworks to improve marketing UX and customer conversion.
• Lead and mentor a team of direct reports while collaborating with the VP of Insurance Services.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance marketing or growth.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Proven track record in managing vendor relationships and scaling new marketing channels.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in funnel diagnostics and cohort analysis.
• Deep knowledge of the personal lines insurance industry and competitive landscape.
• Demonstrated ability in project management and cross-functional leadership.
