What you will do
- Lead end-to-end partner experiences and sponsorship strategies for flagship regional and global events across NOAM and LATAM.
- Design, price, and launch annual Partner Sponsorship Packages and Promotional Opportunity prospectuses to scale recurring revenue.
- Manage financial forecasting, revenue targets, and custom partnership requests in collaboration with finance and leadership.
- Establish global project timelines, standardized guidelines, and legal frameworks (T&Cs) to ensure a consistent partner experience.
- Direct cross-functional internal workflow teams and manage tier-one external event production agencies.
- Analyze post-event KPIs, buyer journeys, and financial reporting to optimize program effectiveness.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience in B2B corporate sponsorship events.
- 3+ years in senior leadership roles managing large-scale partner programs and high-performing teams.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and designing sponsorship prospectuses within the enterprise technology or SaaS space.
- Experience managing massive logistical footprints, complex budgets, and large external agency teams (15+ reps).
- Ability to scale processes globally while maintaining a premium partner experience.
- Must be based in or be able to work in a hybrid setup in Menlo Park, CA.
