What you will do

• Own the end-to-end enablement strategy and roadmap for the global BDR organization.
• Enhance and manage BDR onboarding and BDR-to-AE advancement programs.
• Conduct in-depth needs and gap analyses to inform strategic enablement initiatives.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to develop content for BDR prospecting.
• Measure and report on enablement success metrics to Sales Leadership.
• Coach front-line managers and BDRs on prospecting best practices.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Sales/GTM Enablement at a high-growth global tech company.
• Direct experience in a B2B SaaS sales role, preferably selling to Mid-Market or Enterprise prospects.
• Strong project and program management skills with an executor mindset.
• Proven ability to use data-driven decision-making to influence business changes.
• Must be proficient in AI tools and demonstrate tangible examples of AI-driven productivity.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to gain buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
