What you will do
- Own the end-to-end production of case studies and manage a fresh, accessible testimonial library.
- Build and lead a curated customer advocate community for co-marketing, speaking opportunities, and content.
- Scale public advocacy across platforms like LinkedIn and G2 to increase brand visibility.
- Partner with Sales to provide the right customer proof and references to close enterprise deals.
- Develop AI-powered automation for tracking, matching, and producing customer advocacy content.
- Experiment with high-touch community programming, including executive dinners and podcasts.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, community, or advocacy within a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of running reference programs and building case studies from scratch.
- Strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of reference selling.
- Ability to create high-quality content and guide customer interviews.
- Operator mindset with a focus on building documented, scalable workflows.
- Active fluency in AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI) to accelerate productivity.
Nice to have
- Experience scaling executive customer councils or roundtables.
- Experience producing customer-focused video or podcast series.
- Background where customer advocacy directly served as a revenue lever.
