What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end production of case studies and manage a fresh, accessible testimonial library.
  • Build and lead a curated customer advocate community for co-marketing, speaking opportunities, and content.
  • Scale public advocacy across platforms like LinkedIn and G2 to increase brand visibility.
  • Partner with Sales to provide the right customer proof and references to close enterprise deals.
  • Develop AI-powered automation for tracking, matching, and producing customer advocacy content.
  • Experiment with high-touch community programming, including executive dinners and podcasts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in customer marketing, community, or advocacy within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Proven track record of running reference programs and building case studies from scratch.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of reference selling.
  • Ability to create high-quality content and guide customer interviews.
  • Operator mindset with a focus on building documented, scalable workflows.
  • Active fluency in AI tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI) to accelerate productivity.

Nice to have

  • Experience scaling executive customer councils or roundtables.
  • Experience producing customer-focused video or podcast series.
  • Background where customer advocacy directly served as a revenue lever.
