What you will do

• Lead cross-functional projects involving R&D and Operations Engineering teams.
• Define project deliverables, schedules, and key milestones for new product introductions.
• Maintain detailed tracking of operations deliverables and ensure team alignment on risks.
• Manage prototype builds within internal labs and at contract manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with production operations to ensure a seamless transition to volume manufacturing.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Optical Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
• Knowledge of optical or electrical test engineering principles.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
