Coherent Plug NPI Program Manager (Optical Networking)

Annual pay range: CAD 109,000–174,000

What you will do

• Lead new product introduction projects across Research and Development and Operations Engineering teams.
• Define project deliverables, schedules, milestones, and contingency plans with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track operational deliverables, communicate project changes and risks, and maintain program execution visibility.
• Manage prototype builds in hirify.global laboratories and contract manufacturing environments.
• Coordinate production readiness activities to support manufacturing ramp execution and scalability.

Requirements

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Optical Engineering.
• At least 3 years of project management experience.
• Experience applying optical and electrical test engineering principles.
• Experience leading cross-functional engineering and operations teams.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile methodologies.
• Willingness to engage stakeholders to achieve program objectives.
