What you will do
- Lead cross-functional projects involving R&D and Operations Engineering teams.
- Define project deliverables, schedules, and key milestones for new product introductions.
- Maintain detailed tracking of operations deliverables and ensure team alignment on risks.
- Manage prototype builds within internal labs and at contract manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with production operations to ensure a seamless transition to volume manufacturing.
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Optical Engineering.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Project Management.
- Knowledge of optical or electrical test engineering principles.
- Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Experience with Agile methodologies.
