Senior Principal Program Manager (GTM PMO)

Location: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Salary: CAD 122,000–178,200 annual base salary, with potential bonuses, commissions for sales roles, stock grants, and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead complex, enterprise-scale go-to-market transformation programs from strategy through execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Product, and Technology.
• Establish integrated plans, governance, milestones, risk management, dependencies, operating cadences, and executive reporting.
• Manage cross-program integration, resolve blockers, and drive timely decisions with senior leaders.
• Develop PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Coach and mentor program managers supporting strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, transformation leadership, strategy and operations, PMO leadership, or go-to-market transformation.
• Proven experience managing complex enterprise-scale programs across multiple business domains.
• Ability to influence without authority and align senior executives and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, including experience with VP- and executive-level leaders.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, prioritize effectively, and balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.
