What you will do

• Lead complex, multi-workstream programs from initiation through to closure.
• Own integrated project plans, timelines, resourcing, budgets, and profitability.
• Act as the central point of coordination for clients and internal stakeholders, including C-suite engagement.
• Proactively manage scope, risk, quality, and delivery outcomes.
• Drive disciplined governance, reporting, and documentation.
• Partner with commercial and consulting leaders to identify upsell and extension opportunities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program or project management experience, ideally within SaaS, HCM, or enterprise platform implementations.
• Proven experience managing complex stakeholder environments and remote, cross-functional teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience owning budgets, forecasting, invoicing, and margin.
• Excellent communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail with the ability to see the bigger picture.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project tools such as Smartsheet.

Nice to have

• Strong exposure to Workday and/or SAP programs.
• Project Management certification.
• Bachelor’s degree.
