What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale technical and product programs, ensuring milestones and success metrics are managed.
• Establish governance frameworks, dashboards, and reporting to support executive decision-making.
• Translate complex initiatives into actionable plans in collaboration with product, engineering, and architecture stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, blockers, and dependencies to ensure delivery rigor.
• Support Agile delivery practices to enable high-performing, self-organizing teams.
• Facilitate alignment across distributed stakeholders and manage competing priorities effectively.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management or delivery leadership roles.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end delivery across large, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and enterprise Agile program execution.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand and communicate system design and technical concepts.
• Excellent executive communication skills and experience in stakeholder alignment.
• Must be based in Canada.
