TL;DR

Location: Remote - UK (strongly preferred), Netherlands, Benelux, or Nordics

What you will do

  • Drive revenue by identifying and closing complex enterprise opportunities within European MODs, NATO, and Defence agencies.
  • Develop executive-level relationships with military leadership, procurement officers, and CIOs.
  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles and multi-country negotiations for high-value, multi-year strategic deals.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams to deliver tailored, mission-ready edge and AI solutions.
  • Navigate security-sensitive procurement frameworks and lead RFI/RFQ/RFP processes.
  • Represent the company at key Defence events and ensure post-sale adoption and expansion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of strategic enterprise sales experience focused on Defence, aerospace, or public sector in Europe.
  • Proven track record of closing large, complex deals with long sales cycles within European MODs or NATO.
  • Experience selling technology solutions such as AI, edge computing, or data platforms into government sectors.
  • Deep understanding of Defence procurement processes and stakeholder management.
  • Must be based in or have work authorization for the UK (strongly preferred), Netherlands, Benelux, or Nordics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology.

Nice to have

  • Prior military or government background.
  • Experience with MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Command of the Message methodologies.
  • Startup or high-growth company experience.
  • Knowledge of AI/ML applications in Defence operations.
