What you will do

• Collaborate with product owners and architects to define and deliver new features from concept to deployment.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and maintenance.
• Maintain and improve existing systems by identifying inefficiencies and implementing enhancements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs through code and system-level analysis.
• Mentor junior and intermediate developers to support their technical growth.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure high availability and reliability of the platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Proficiency in Python for automation, scripting, and application development.
• Experience designing, implementing, and consuming REST APIs.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with Golang and Rust.
• Experience with cloud environments such as AWS and container orchestration like Kubernetes.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience leveraging AI-assisted development tools.
