Location: San Francisco, CA with hybrid work model (3 days onsite per week) and relocation assistance

Salary: $255K – $325K + Equity

What you will do

• Build and maintain systems for iterative development, testing, and deployment of research software
• Design and drive continuous integration pipelines and testing infrastructure
• Support and improve build systems primarily using Python, Rust, and C++
• Provide tools and metrics to support a fast-paced research and engineering culture
• Collaborate with multiple teams to accelerate development of state-of-the-art AI capabilities

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco, CA
• Proficient Python programming experience in large monorepos
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience supporting large monorepo development and deployment
• Experience with CI/CD systems
• Strong focus on developer productivity and software engineering best practices
