What you will do

• Build highly reliable data services to integrate with dozens of blockchains.
• Develop complex ETL pipelines to process petabytes of structured and unstructured data in real-time.
• Design and architect intricate data models to support sub-second latency for querying blockchain data.
• Oversee the deployment and monitoring of large database clusters focusing on performance and high availability.
• Collaborate with data scientists, backend engineers, and product managers to implement novel data models.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in architecting distributed system architecture.
• Exceptional programming skills in Python, SQL, or SparkSQL.
• Experience with data stores such as Iceberg, Trino, BigQuery, StarRocks, and Citus.
• Proficiency in data processing technologies like Spark, Kafka, Flink, and orchestration tools like Airflow or DBT.
• Based in the US across any timezone.

Nice to have

• Experience deploying and monitoring infrastructure using Docker, Terraform, Kubernetes, and Datadog.
