Compensation: $210,000 – $250,000

What you will do

• Architect and scale data infrastructure and core engineering platforms from design to production.
• Lead by writing high-quality, resilient code and establishing architectural standards for backend services.
• Build and maintain robust APIs and data pipelines.
• Act as a technical partner to leadership, translating business strategy into technical roadmaps.
• Mentor senior engineers and drive technical excellence across the team.
• Manage production workloads, including monitoring, alerting, and system reliability.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience with ownership of critical components or services.
• Expert-level proficiency in TypeScript/Node.js and/or Python.
• Strong experience with REST/GraphQL APIs and database fundamentals (SQL/NoSQL).
• Experience with production-grade web services, ETL/ELT, and orchestration frameworks.
• English C1 proficiency required for technical communication.
• Experience with major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms and developer-productivity tooling.
• Knowledge of IaC, containers, serverless, and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with engineering metrics like DORA.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding agents.
