What you will do

• Define ATE test strategies and drive hardware and DFT requirements to support them.
• Lead the implementation of complete ATE test solutions from concept through qualification to high-volume manufacturing.
• Develop test plans and align with DFT teams on content, coverage, and deliverables.
• Own the procurement and bring-up of ATE hardware, including load boards and probe cards.
• Optimize ATE solutions for HVM and manage deployment to OSATs.
• Drive yield improvement and test cost optimization for production readiness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in ATE test development, silicon test, or semiconductor product engineering.
• Hands-on experience with Teradyne or Advantest testers, and environments like IG-XL or SmarTest.
• Solid understanding of DFT-driven concepts (ATPG/Scan, MBIST) and high-speed I/O (PCIe, SerDes, DDR).
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and/or Perl, and data analysis tools like JMP or Spotfire.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Haifa, Israel site under a hybrid model.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a technical leadership role (Tech Lead or ATE Lead).
• Practical experience implementing AI-assisted design or engineering environments.
• Experience bringing new silicon products from first silicon through to high-volume manufacturing.
