What you will do

• Collaborate with front-end and back-end teams to define product development plans and ATE test coverage.
• Spearhead reliability qualification through risk assessment, qualification plan negotiation, and hardware design.
• Support early silicon bring-up and drive ATE characterization to identify parametric or defect issues.
• Provide technical consultation to Senior and Staff engineers to accelerate yield learning curves during production ramp.
• Act as a technical leader and mentor for the product engineering organization.

Requirements

• B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or Engineering Physics.
• 12+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Deep understanding of analog circuits, parasitic inductance/capacitance, and noise coupling.
• Comprehensive knowledge of device physics, CMOS, GaN, and packaging technology.
• Proven track record of releasing breakthrough products on schedule.

Nice to have

• Experience with collaborative tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience utilizing AI tools relevant to the product engineering function.
