What you will do

• Own, configure, and optimize Workday modules to drive system enhancements and releases.
• Improve the end-user experience for employees, managers, and stakeholders across people systems.
• Manage end-to-end projects and ensure delivery of SOX compliance and audit processes.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, and People teams to solve complex cross-functional problems.
• Leverage AI to automate manual workflows, reduce complexity, and improve data quality.
• Coach and mentor team members while establishing scalable processes and support models.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in the Workday ecosystem with deep knowledge of at least 3 modules.
• Experience supporting global HR technology across multiple countries and regulatory environments.
• Background working in a public company environment with a focus on compliance and controls.
• AI-forward mindset with the ability to apply AI to practical operational use cases.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to lead complex projects with high autonomy.
• Must be based in the United States.
