Head of People Technology & Data

Location: New York City, United States; on-site at the Union Square office

Salary: $223,550–$263,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Define and own the People technology roadmap, architecture, and investment priorities.
• Build a secure, integrated People technology ecosystem with HRIS at its core.
• Lead global HRIS implementation from requirements and design through configuration, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Design intuitive digital experiences for employees, managers, and the People team using automation and AI.
• Build workforce data infrastructure, governance, analytics capabilities, and a reliable source of truth.
• Lead the People Technology & Data team and manage implementation partners and specialist vendors.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in HR technology, HRIS, enterprise systems, or related technology leadership.
• Experience leading teams and delivering large-scale transformation in a high-growth international environment.
• Deep HRIS expertise, ideally including a global HRIS HCM implementation and long-term operating model.
• Experience with integrations, security, data architecture, and global system governance.
• Strong product mindset and ability to turn business and employee needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Experience with People analytics, data governance, automation, and emerging technologies.
