HRIS Manager (Workday)

Location: Asia; remote

What you will do

• Manage the configuration, maintenance, testing, upgrades, and support of Workday and related HR applications.
• Configure and optimize Workday integrations with Greenhouse, Finance, Procurement, payroll, employee portals, and other business systems.
• Design and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, data extracts, security roles, permissions, and governance processes.
• Identify HR process gaps and implement system improvements, automation, controls, and data-quality measures.
• Lead or support HRIS implementations, integrations, process redesign, change management, testing, and user adoption.
• Coordinate with HR, Finance, Procurement, IT, Legal, and external vendors on systems, projects, documentation, and support.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of progressive experience in HRIS, HR technology, HR operations systems, or a related function.
• Hands-on Workday experience, including exposure to HCM, Time Tracking, Learning, Reporting, Security, and/or Integrations.
• Experience supporting Workday integrations with third-party ATS, Finance, Procurement, payroll, employee experience, or enterprise systems.
• Ability to translate business requirements into HR system configurations, reports, workflows, and process improvements.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and HR data-handling skills.
• A bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline is preferred.
