People Operations & Solutions Lead (Workday)

Location: Hybrid in the Barcelona or Madrid area, Spain

What you will do

• Drive alignment across global People processes and serve as an escalation point for complex Workday, People Operations and People Data matters.
• Partner with People Business Process Owners, senior People leadership, Audit, Legal and Compliance on governance, controls, segregation of duties and secure data access.
• Shape the Workday roadmap and backlog by translating People needs into technical requirements.
• Identify and deliver scalable process improvements using automation, AI and emerging technologies.
• Own People data governance and integrity, including dashboards, reporting, data solutions and access requests.
• Lead performance and compensation cycles, change management, communication, documentation and training.

Requirements

• Experience in People Operations, HRIS, Workday, People Technology or a related field.
• Strong understanding of global People processes, data and governance.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions.
• Strong interest in automation, AI and the future of People Technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence at senior level.
