Salary: $95,000 - 100,000 w/ Bonus Structure

What you will do

• Lead supervision-for-supervisors meetings to monitor clinical quality and service delivery in the designated region.
• Oversee monthly chart auditing and a quality scorecard system to improve clinical documentation.
• Facilitate clinical training via virtual, in-person, and OnDemand LMS platforms.
• Review policies, procedures, and job aides to ensure alignment with state regulations and payor preferences.
• Identify gaps and risks in clinical services and implement necessary corrective action plans.
• Coordinate with Regional and Program Directors to standardize best practices for clinical operations.

Requirements

• Licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LAC) and a Master's degree are required.
• Minimum five years of experience in clinical supervision or quality assurance.
• Knowledge of substance use disorder treatment and billing/coding auditing.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to treatment centers and meetings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
