What you will do

• Oversee goals, progress, and resource allocation for clinical projects.
• Develop intervention strategies to optimize medication regimens and improve CMS quality measures.
• Manage team productivity, timelines, and quality assurance standards.
• Create new workflows and best practices to drive continuous improvement in health outcomes.
• Lead internal staff meetings and represent the Clinical Care team at customer meetings.
• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews for pharmacist team members.

Requirements

• Must live in and be eligible to work in the United States.
• At least 12 months of experience as a Pharmacist on Adherence or MTM projects.
• Proven track record of leadership, team management, or coaching experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for clinical and operational situations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Ability to pass a background check.
