Salary: $45-75/hour base hourly rate + up to 5% quarterly Mission Bonus

What you will do

• Provide mental health assessments and teletherapy to PreK-12 students and school staff.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams including psychiatrists and school health professionals.
• Support students and families during transitions to community care providers.
• Develop strategies to improve school services through regular meetings with school leadership.
• Provide clinical supervision to other care team members if qualified.

Requirements

• Active license in Rhode Island (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, PhD/PsyD).
• Must be located in the United States.
• At least two years of experience delivering mental health services to children and youth via telehealth.
• Proficiency in CBT, DBT, ACT, solution-focused therapy, or motivational interviewing.
• Ability to work during and after school hours (e.g., 3-8 pm Eastern Time, Saturdays).
• Access to high-speed internet (50 Mbps download, 10 Mbps upload).

Nice to have

• Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
• Experience with parent guidance.
• Qualification to provide clinical supervision in Rhode Island.
• Active NPI number and CAQH credentialing.
