What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a global team of recruiting professionals supporting Product and Engineering organizations.
  • Partner with business leadership to define and execute global hiring strategies to meet future business needs.
  • Directly source niche technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and professional networks.
  • Define recruiting performance goals and champion global process improvements for scalability.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve recruiting effectiveness and candidate engagement.
  • Maintain accurate ATS documentation and ensure a premium candidate experience.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the USA.
  • 5+ years of experience managing technical recruiting teams.
  • 7+ years of experience sourcing and recruiting engineering talent in fast-paced environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills essential for global collaboration.
