What you will do

• Lead the sales discovery process to design solutions aligned with prospect objectives.
• Deliver in-depth product demonstrations and technical briefings for security leaders.
• Guide prospects through technical validation, proof-of-concepts, and troubleshooting.
• Analyze hirify.global solutions against competitors to highlight unique business value.
• Act as a customer advocate to influence product roadmaps and feature improvements.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering to ensure a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Japan
• Fluent in Japanese and English
• 5+ years of experience in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Security Consulting.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts like attack surface management, threat intelligence, and incident response.
• Proven ability to conduct technical discovery, POCs, and product demonstrations.
• Experience supporting enterprise sales cycles and translating technical concepts into business value.

Nice to have

• Experience with security platforms like SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, or ASM.
• Knowledge of AI applications in cybersecurity.
• Experience working with channel partners, resellers, or MSSPs in Japan.
• Background in high-growth startup or scale-up environments.
