What you will do
- Develop sales strategies and deliver financial targets to ensure sustainable, profitable growth.
- Conduct deep analysis of customers and markets to create strategic action plans.
- Expand sub-retailer networks and establish new Aligned Distributors to increase market share.
- Monitor and execute annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Lead and coach the team on product knowledge, key account planning, and KPI delivery.
- Manage credit and cash flow targets in alignment with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in sales leadership and team management.
- Direct experience implementing and developing “Aligned Distributor” programs in Thailand.
- Excellent English proficiency.
- Ability to travel upcountry.
Nice to have
- Proven record of sales achievement and closing complex deals.
- 3-5 years of experience in influencing and coaching teams.
- Strong business acumen, market development, and financial management skills.
- Advanced computer skills (MS-Office applications).
